In July 2023, QuicShop embarked on a pioneering initiative aimed at enhancing the shopper experience at Green Way Markets in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
The study involved the formation of two distinct groups, both of whom were unfamiliar with the store's layout. These groups were entrusted with the task of locating 15 items from various sections of the store.
The first group, referred to as the control group, undertook this shopping challenge without the aid of QuicShop.
Meanwhile, the second group known as the treatment group, were equipped with QuicShop’s navigation system to assist them in locating each item seamlessly
The findings of this experiment were nothing short of remarkable. A comparison between the control and treatment groups highlighted an astonishing 61% reduction in shopping time for the latter.
